    Personally, I wouldn't buy him. He's too "dirty" looking for my taste.
    It looks like he would brown out terribly.
    You want to look for bright bright yellow pastels.
    If you're looking to breed in the future, I suggest investing in females now and raising them up. Don't just go for the cheapest male you can find. You want quality not quantity.
    Judging by your signature, you don't have any females.
    It takes a few years for females to reach sexual maturity, so you can always buy a male next year. Males can breed at a younger age so you still have plenty of time to find one. Plus they'll probably drop in price then too.
    (Buy a female now. And when she's 1 years old, buy the male. Then that way, they will be ready to breed at the same time after the female's second year)
