Hmm where to start!
Building a rack is a great idea if you are handy with power tools. Most of us heat our racks with flexwatt heat tape which can be purchased online by the foot. It is cheap and fairly easy to wire yourself.
My tubs are very simple. Paper substrate, water bowl and a hide if the snake needs it.
As for breeding plans, breed the morphs you like! don't worry about how much money they will bring in because you will probably not make your money back unless you have a much larger operation.
Keep in mind housing for the babies, an incubator for the eggs, and a proper place to quarantine new arrivals.
What is really going to help you is doing lots of research. There are some great stickies here and a lot of breeders have guides on breeding ball pythons.
Realistically you probably won't be ready to breed this fall.
