    Raptor my sav

Here is Raptor my approx 6 month old savannah monitor. She is growing like a weed, she was 8 inches in June and is now 18 inches, that is an inch a week since I got her!

    Mmmm Quail eggs

    All sprawled out basking

The day I got her, all fiesty, hissy and all lol!

She's currently in a 6x2x2 viv, but I am working on her 8x4x4 I will be picking up more wood so I can get it finished soon!
Sneak peek(it's upside down right now, until I do the floor), if Raptor doesnt like it my daughter looks happy in there lol

#1 - Sweet Savy you have there. Favorite monitor.

#2 - GEEZ that is one BIG enclosure. And I thought the 5'x2'x1.5' I was designing for my BTS was a big cage... I Definitely want to see that enclosure when you're finished!

Raptors been moved into her new home. I had expected her to take some time to adjust but it didn't bother her at all!
It's not 100% finished, I still need to paint the outside and Hubby went through his Mom's shed and took home a bunch of tools and where does he put them? Oh on Raptors cage because the shed outside doesn't work??

    I think she's happy!

I have to get out to the bush and get a few bags of leaves to put in there for her

Yes it is! It's also the season for nasty stomach flus!! I think everyone here is over it(Finally)! It's supposed to be nice friday 17c (63F) so going to the bush some where to get leaves I wonder how many bags I'll need? I can always store the extra in the shed.

She's loving it in there. The other one she basically basked and hung out in her tunnel, I see her exploring now.
