    Herpstats have the best safety features of any unit and are basically the same price as the VE and less than the others, it seems to be a clear choice to me.

    26.9ºC is 80.5ºF the best hydrofarm of this batch is over by 1.6 the worst 3.8ºF you get what you pay for.

    Ranchos and Johnsons are the lowest I would go if you are going to get something better than a dimmer. If you don't want to pay that much, then you should just stick to the dimmer. Cheap thermostats are dangerous, I almost lost my collection in the beginning because of a cheap thermostat from ZooMed.
