    Number of holes needed for keeping humidity is different for everybody as there are a lot of things that determine humidity levels. Start with a few then add more if you need them. It is much easier to add holes then to remove them.

    Racks are dependent on having a warm room, this is espicially the case with open style racks like the AP economy line. The cool side of the tubs will be the same temperature as the room is. This means that if the room gets colder than 75 degrees you will have to heat the room.
