My bullsnakes are the best garbage disposals I've ever had. I haven't had one refuse a meal, or two, or three.. They have super fast metabolisms too, digesting everything within a few days and ready for more.

Small garbage disposal: Bullsnakes
Bigger garbage disposal: Blood Pythons

This is not from my experience but I know a dude who swears up and down he has a carpet that will only eat mice. He has apparently tried everything and nothing works. I have no personal experience with carpets but from what all you are saying, his is a rare specimen. Lol.

Ball python! My normal female will eat anything you throw in her tub; mice, rats, asfs, live or dead. She even eats when she's in the clear phase of shedding None of my others are picky either, they just don't attack things like she does

x2 on retics. Between my adult and my hatchling, any size food now goes to them when I have extra :-D Plus their feeding response makes them absolutely fun to feed!

Retics are my passion. Just ask.

Re: Best type of "garbage disposal" snake
I either use my various corns or my Bull snake. They will just about eat anything at any time.

Guy's telling the truth, I too have what we Morelia people call a mouser carpet. These animals were fed mice at an early age and refuse to switch to rats as they grow bigger. In turn making you feed a 6ft-7ft snake multiple mice per feeding, which is not fun with a snake that can eat a jumbo rat. This is why Morelia guys who are experienced, know to start new born carpets off with rat pinks and never ever let them taste mice. It's just a pain and from my observations, Jungle Carpet's and Irian Jaya's do it more often than any other carpet species.
