I say gum, or you could chew/dip, but thats not necessarily a good way to quit. I used to be a smoker, its hard sometimes, especially when I drink, thats when I really want a cigarette, but most often anymore I hate the smell of it. You will likely find that after a while of not smoking when you are around smokers you will want nothing to do with it. The first couple weeks will be the hardest.
