Happens to the best of us

Well tonight I decided to take out my normal girl Saturn. I hadn't really played with her in all week so we go up stairs into the bedroom where I was already in the middle of some COD action. And she's checking out the blanket and trying to find a way off the bed. After a little while she calms down and decides to lay her head on my knee. I look down at her and she's just looking up at me. I'm like aww I love you too Saturn and continue playing my game. About a minute later I'm thinking to myself why am I wet and look down at Saturn who is still looking up at me. I hop of the bed and am just completely soaked. Saturn let a out a nice size puddle all over the bed and me. Needless to say, I've just returned from the laundry mat after washing the blanket and sheets. My girlfriend thought it was hysterical, (when we first got Zeus, her cinnamon, at the Myrtle Beach show he peed and pooed all over her in the car), until I told her that it was on her bed too. She didn't think it was that funny after that.

When I took Boo to the vet, he peed on the way in >_>

I had him in a pillowcase, sitting in an open critter keeper (no lid).

I remember thinking I smelled something rank, but didn't notice till I got to the vets. >_> he rode home in an extra purse I had in my car

So.... what's the deal with you two and being the victim of bodily functions? I'm starting to think maybe it isn't coincidence.

How often do snakes urinate anyway? I'm thinking my dude has only done it once in about 3 weeks.

I can go you one better. I had a Yellowbelly breeder male who peed all over me every time I picked him up. He hadn't been handled much, and to let me know he disapproved, he'd just pee all over me and anything else in the way. And it was never a little pee either, he'd spray everywhere. Was I ever glad to foist him off on another sucker. Did I say that? I meant I was very glad to find him a loving home where he would be appreciated for what a great snake he was.

When I first got my SP Boo [must be the name LOL] he peed on me twice and I swear it was on purpose.

He sat in my lap and then crawled up to wrap his little neck around mine, sweetly nuzzling my cheek...and let it rip....twice.

The next time I took him out, as soon as he 'assumed the position' I held his tail over my leg and directed the flood towards a pile of paper towels I'd laid on the floor.

I think he really hates going in his tub and having it "messy" so he holds it until I take him out.

    [I should've named him Felix]

Literally 5 minutes ago, I was taking pictures of my mojave, Helix, and he decided that would be an optimal time to defecate. I, too, just did laundry, including that blanket. Such is life with animals...
