They Black out though...I don't see how the Black Axanthic is going to make nice combos...They look nice as babies, but get very dark as they age...Darker than any "Regular" Axanthic.
I second that the mark mandic line cannot be touched by any other. From the 2 lightning pieds I saw with it at the CRBE, its hands down the winner! Anybody who was at the CRBE this year can back me up on that!

I'd like to see some pics of Mandics line as well if anyone has any to share. I have VPI in my collection for the reasons mentioned most often in that they don't brown out. It'll be neat to see what happens with the black axanthics...be cool to have a solid black ball that doesn't duckbill or have some of the issues super cinnamons and/or super black pastels exhibit but I don't think I'll be jumping on buying any of them in the near future.
