    Stuck head shed

So I got a ball all python a week ago from a guy an he said he had shed not too long ago but he's got some stuck shed on his head....I've given him time to get it off but he isn't....should I try soaking him like the sticky says on here? The only thing I worry about is he will NOT let me even get close enough to his head to get the shed off....and I also can't tell but I think he got the eye caps off....how can I make sure he did? And what should I do about the shed on his head? Thanks in advance!!

I would just leave it. it will come off on his next shed. Even if the eye caps are stuck on I wouldn't recommend trying to remove them. Trying to remove them can end up damaging their eyes and make things much worse.

Can you post a picture just to make sure that it is ok?

Does it connect on the underside of his head?

The only time that stuck shed is really a problem is if it creates a ring around the BP. As the BP grows the ring of stuck shed constricts the snake can can cause a number of problems depending on where it is on the snakes body.

As long as the stuck shed doesn't form a ring then there really isn't much to worry about.
