    28qt is fine for adults under 2000 grams. Most adult males and some adult females can live comfortably in a 28 qt. It's just the big girls that usually need a 41 qt tub.

    Here is my tub to weight ratio:
    6 qt - hatchlings
    15 qt - 500 grams and less
    28/32 qt - 2000 grams and less
    41 qt - 2000 grams and more

    However, I have put animals smaller than 500 grams into a 28 qt fine.
