    Is My Girl A BCI?

Hi, my girl (?) Abby was simply sold to me as a "red tail boa" nothing more. No hatch date, gender, anything. So, from the pictures i've seen on BCI vs BCC she looks to me like a BCI but I thought i'd see what everyone else thinks sense I really don't know anything about how to distinguish them lol...anyways here's the pics

Yes, she looks like some sort of BCI. Definitely no BCC.

BCCs usually have some sort of "widow's peak" between their saddles, and their tails are quite a bit more red than a BCI's tail.

Example (not my photo, click to view more sizes):

You can see that her saddles are pointy (widow's peaks) and the tail is a more vibrant shade of red and doesn't fade as much as a BCI when it grows older. I should point out that this is not a normal morph BCC, the but the widow's peaks and tail coloration are what you should look at to see the difference between a BCI.

Edit: Here is another example. And another. You're not going to find an adult BCI with a tail this red, and that's not even a stunning example (in my opinion).

The shape of her head, the shape of the saddles, and the color of the tail are classic BCI traits. She is a nice looking one too...
