Brown a pound of ground beef, season with Johnny's seasoning salt and garlic powder. When browned, mix in casserole dish with one can cheddar soup, one can cream of mushroom soup, and a bunch of grated cheese. Then top with tatertots, and a sprinkle of Johnny's, then I bake to tater tot instructions, like 425 for 20-25 minutes. Mmmmm!

My son can't have any dairy at all due to food allergies, but I do love it myself. Some of the best substitutions I've found for cooking are Tofutti "sour ream" and "cream cheese", Daiya "cheese" shreds and blocks, and Earth Balance margarine. Coconut milk is incredibly rich and creamy, and works especially well in curries and desserts. Hope that helps!

    Raises hand Trained chef..

I love crockpot meals for family style eating..I love homemade chili and soup in a crock pot in the winter time. From time to time I'll felx my cooking chops but with kids and a wife, it's mac 'n' cheese and chicken fingers.
