There is no accurate way to tell how old you BP is they all grow differently. As for what to feed I would recomend rats as soon as you can get them to eat them. I start all my snakes on rat pup's or fuzzie's. The reasoning for this is because when they get full grown feeding 3-4 mice at a time is a pain. I have one rescue mouser who refuses to switch and it drives me nuts. I feed all my snakes by weight I find a prey item 10-15% of thier body weight and feed them that item.
