First try at feeding... First fail :(

She eats thawed xl rats I got them from the rescue I got her from an they said she eats on sundays but she didn't want to eat for me she struck it twice but I think that was mainly a just get the hell away from me striking cuz she didn't try to hold it at all. Could this be because of changing homes stressing her out so she's just gonna not eat until she gets more settled here? I've had her for a few days now.

You could try to feed her live rats, changing it usually works but since you got her from a rescue I'm not sure. Good luck.

I think that rats this size live cost a lot in my town if she goes too long refusing I'll for sure try it tho I know that gets my ball outta her food strikes. I left it in her cage in case I'm part of the reason gonna check on her in a little while.

Turns out I was the problem haha I looked in on her and she was just finishing it up. Guess shes just being shy

Ok I got a little camera happy sorry haha but this is my new girl I can't get any pics of holding her yet if you can't tell she wants to bite me lol I've got a snake hook but it's turned into a home made one cuz she broke the original cuz of her weight so I gotta find a new one with a longer handle then I have now.

It's a very nice looking jungle carpet. You know the age?

Yep well the age I was told was three years old but they were guessing at it too. So she's a jungle? I wasn't sure if she's a jungle or a costal. I've got her cage built I'm now got to add the heat tape and tile and all the extra stuff.( I went a lil build happy on a big display cage for her so now gotta make sure I get enough heat in it.
