Not permanent. Was a temporary tattoo given to me at work. A whole group of us were 'wearing' them.

It was pretty long before that, I had to get it cut.. im now in the process of growing it back out... and it is an awful process.

I just recently chopped my hair off short like yours. I grow it out so that I can chop it off again, because it bugs me and I'm lazy. All for the short hair, and you pull it off very nicely
