So I am shipping my first package tomorrow from Daytona Beach to Washington state. The high in Daytona tomorrow is 88 and low 71. On Wednesday (delivery day) in Washington the low is 54 and high 79. I plan on dropping the package off at the Fedex location as late as possible.
I am pretty sure I have the actually boxing up part situated but I am a bit worried on whether or not I should add a heat pack to the shipment or not.
I don't want to cook the little guy nor do I want to freeze him to death.
My gut instinct is telling me to add the heat pack and I am prepared to do so. Anyone more experienced in shipping think different?
Appreciate the feedback.
