I LOOOVE my Samsung Galaxy S2. Not only does it run great, but it looks sleek as anything. (I got the white version) Since I see everyone with that little "Tapatalk" notice under their posts I thought I'd download it, but it costs money. The normal web browser works just fine for me though.

lets go through the "new things" in iOS 5
Notification Center All your alerts. All in one place. - my android did this in gingerbread and more likely before that, you kidding me?
iPad and iPod touch join the conversation. - like skype but doesn't do as much?
Newsstand A custom newsstand for all your subscriptions. - like pocket mags and all other newsstand type of things?
Reminders A better way to do to-dos. - like checkmarks?
Twitter Integrated right into iOS 5. - was it hard to tweet before? I honestly don't know, never used it.
Camera Capture the moment at a moment’s notice. - droid already does this and custom lock screens did it way before that.
Photos Enhanced photo enhancements. - droid already does it
Safari - lol!
PC Free Independence for all iOS devices. again, are u kidding me? you couldn't before hand?
so theres all the main points on apples website. looks like you got a lot to look forward to.
I could through all the siri vs google now, os comparison, apples lawsuits, things apple has stolen, and general iphone mishaps. you can google most of that.
also i herd you can not use a mp3 for a ringtone? is that true?
I honestly only got like half of that lol. I dont use alot of that stuff, at least i dont think i do haha.
I use FB, tapatalk (for here), take pictures, safari to look stuff up, the maps for directions, pandora and thats pretty much it. I use my phone alot, but not for a really wide variety of things.
Heather- ive seen stuff about the galaxy s3 and my friend got one. Theyre pretty neat!

But, lol, I still don't know what fire fox is....:p

I went through 3 of the original Incredible due to MFG defects, not even use. For that reason I've stayed away from any HTC product, but I've recommended Samsung phones to many people and never had any complaints about them, although I currently have an LG phone for over a year which has been pretty solid so far.

Funny how phones are. We have never had a good experience with Samsung, or Motorola ( motorola the worst ever!). LG, and HTC, great.

action script, flex, its far from discontinued, what are you even talking about? it's not you can't run flash on it, apple just is dead set against adding any support for it. so developers have to do it all and it doesn't run as efficiently as it can.
ill play this game tethering, unapproved apps, systems spec well beyond the iphone, google now
iphone has what?

The iPhone has tethering, you can put unapproved apps on if you want to, exact specs don't matter it's how they are utilized,...

Tethering is built into iOS so you don't need any apps, Jailbreakinf is easy and apple doesn't care if you do it.
In all reality the 2 operating systems are nearly identical there are parts of both that I like and dislike. I prefer iOS since it is streamlined and in my opinion more functional for what I need in a phone.
