HTC Incredible 2 here. I love it. I went in wanting an iPhone, and they guy talked me out of it. Glad he did. I know there are faster phones, but I love this one. Dependable, user friendly. Couldn't live without SD card ability. I have tons of pictures on here and super easy to just plug my card in at target and get whatever pictures. Plus I have tons of music on it. And it doesn't have to be itunes. It can be my cds, downloaded from Amazon, whatever. Plus, like Heather said, if you have a problem, you have to make an appointment with and Apple store.But, lol, I still don't know what fire fox is....:p
