Ball in water bowl

I put a bigger water bowl in my pinstripe tub and now she wont get out of it. She's been it for over 24 hours the tub temp is good. Tell me what yall think. Thanks

How is the humidity level?
Any visible black spots on her or in the water (ie, mites)?

Have you checked for mites? Typically a ball soaking means either mites, or they are too hot. What's your temp, and how are temps controlled?

Belly heat is 87. Temp in tub is 77 on opposite side of warm spot. I just got her about 3wks from a reputable breeder along with 4 others and none of the other snakes are doing this.

You are actually a bit cold. Hot spot should be 90, ambient should be 80. Check for mites. Little black bugs, on your snake, in the tub, in the water dish....

Actually his temps are fine.. I keep my balls with low 76-77 and hot 86-88 and never had slightest problem.

To OP depends on state You live the best option is PAM (Provent-a-Mite^TM) spray but from my knowledge you cant buy it in NY and FL because of some local State FDA regulations.

Provent a mite is supposed to be the best. Make sure you follow directions to a tee. If all your snakes came from the same place, I would check them over good. Chances are they have them too. Until your provent a mite gets there, you can soak your snake in water with a drop of dawn dish soap. That will help drown some of the little buggers. Good luck.

24 hours? My temps are nearly perfect. 83 ambient and 90 on the hotspot, but my Bumble Bee likes to soak alllll the time. Seriously he is in there for days sometimes. Should I worry?
And No mites.
