Dubia roach breeding question
Well I just got my dubia roach "starter breeder colony" from gotdubias.com a couple days ago. (GREAT customer service by the way, she wrote me a hand-written note on how to care for them, and even threw in some extras ) but the kit came with 120 small, 50 medium, 10males and 10females. I have their tub at about 92 degrees on one side...but my question is, how long does it take for them to start actually breeding? I know it takes them 3-4 months to become sexually mature, but how long until they actually start to.......get it on? lolol

Don't be shocked if your females are pregnant now, in around 25-30 days you shold see babies. Soon you will be at the point where you will have too feed off your males to keep your colony contained. I started with 5 makes 25 females now I'm around 700+ roaches with my bd eating 100-200 a week(she loves her roaches)

DANNNGGGGG!!!! That's awesome though! My guy loves him some roaches. Can you tell if the females are pregnant? And how many live offspring do they give?

roaches take 4-6 months to mature to breeding age
they give birth to 20-30 offspring per month
