Good question... I honestly have no idea, but I will conjecture and take the side that says an enchi pattern would show up under a black light... I make that statement under the assumption the snake stays white under normal light and the previous animal isn't "just" a BEL enchi, but a super enchi super lesser. The enchi gene does do some crazy things though in cases where most other genes are overwhelmed (like the champagne enchi for instance), so I wouldn't be surprised if some influence is visually present. Hopefully someone else will be able to chime in because I'd really like to know.
Regardless, note to self: Breed an enchi lesser to lesser in the future haha.
