    You can cover 80-90% of your screen with plexiglass or a damp towel. You can push the water dish to the hot side of the tank.

    And sometimes the Acurites aren't accurate. I had one that had the humidity reading off by around 10%. It sounds like you're taking all the measures to ensure a good humidity. I would wait until your snake sheds. If its in one whole piece, there's no need to make any changes.
