Tell me how would you go about determining who is 18 and who is not? Because we all know everyone post their real birth date on their profile?

Have it setup like hell on fauna?

You have to explicitly join the group, before you can even see the forum, and then its not on the admins shoulders as the person explicitly took the steps to join, and admins do not have to scan drivers licenses.
