We only have one snake, but did have some reasoning behind his name, Herman.
DH's parents mentioned (very unobtrusively) some time ago that if we didn't have any male children, it would be the end of our family name. We ended up with two girls and arent having any more children, so when we got our albino, we rather lightheartedly named him Herman, after my FIL.
