    Show Prices Vs. Online Prices

Sorry to bombard the forum with questions. Last one I promise. I am going to the Charlotte Repticon tomorrow. It's my first show and I'm just going to be looking this time, but I just wanted to know for future reference, in everyone's experience are show prices better, worse, or about the same as online prices from reputable breeders for ball morphs?

Seems better or about the same from the morphs I've looked at. Definitely more of a chance to get great deals I would say. I can say I definitely prefer expo buying to online Love seeing them in person and talking with the breeders

Bring a big wad of cash, do some haggling, and you'll get a great deal.

    At expos cash talks.

With that said, try not to insult the breeder by just walking up and talking prices. Enjoy yourself and talk about what projects theyre working on and what projects youre planning. It really helps them want to work with you on a good deal that both parties are happy with if you just show a little more consideration besides what is the lowest price they'll sell the animal for.
    1.0 normal bp

Also, If there is something at a show that costs more then what is online, I won't buy it. (unless it's only like 15 bucks, but i'm talking corns, you're probably talking bp's which is usually a higher price tag)Even though there is shipping when you buy online.
    Corns:
    0.0.1 Normal; 0.1.0 Amel Motley
    1.0.0 Butter Motley; 0.1.0 Charcoal

There are a few great local breeders that are attending this show. Get to know them and you can buy from them anytime no need for an expo or shipping costs. But in general after figuring in shipping expos are cheaper, a lot of times even before haggling.

Re: Show Prices Vs. Online Prices

Depends...I prefer shopping/buying online. Once you take into consideration that shopping for a snake online will never eat 4, 8, 10+ hours of my day and the fact that I can actually look for the snake I want rather than the snake that is available, a few dollars saved doesn't seem to be all that much.
