With my albino spider I have never caught her with cloudy eyes but I know when she is in shed partly because I document and go by rough estimates on dates but because the white pattern turns a pinkish color. I would say that your snake is in shed because of the cloudy appearance on its eyes. When was the last shed? Mine shed about every 6 weeks.
