It depends. If i was messing with the cobra and it bit me then i wouldnt kill it bc its my own dumb fault. If i was just chillen in my house in nepal and a cobra bit me in my sleep or something then yea id prolly bite it to death. Or kill it and cook it and eat it. You know, to show it whose boss.
