There was a post on FB from The Reptile Report. Someones hognose had a lump near the vent and it turned out to be a stopped up hemipene, kinda like (not really but sorta) a dogs anal gland.

Yeah someone also said that.... hmmmmmm

Thanks everyone for all your input! I will definitely keep everyone updated on his progress. I really hope he'll be okay, hes such a sweetheart and doesn't deserve anything bad!
