If it is just a bit bigger you should be fine! It's good to see a slight bulge after they eat their meal...just nothing too large. As anyone else here will say if you have a scale then 10-15% of your snake's body weight is what you should be shooting for. If you don't have a scale it would be a wise investment both for feeding purposes and tracking the growth of your little one . Good luck on the feeding and hope everything goes well!

As a side note most hatchlings can take a hopper mouse without a problem.
