Just got off the phone with the Vet. Good news!! The doctor is not at all concerned with the laceration as it wasn't very deep. As for the X-ray: passed with flying colors! I'll have to bring her in for a shot of antibiotics but the vet said she was a "very good specimen" and had a good time crawling around in the Vet's!
Thanks for all your help guys! Learning new things every day...sometimes they cost $400, sometimes they don't..

I thought for sure he hurt himself, the clips were keeping the screen top down and there was considerable pressure on him. I put him back and observed him for a bit but he seemed completely unfazed and was moving around normally. This was months ago and he's totally fine, hopefully your girl will be as lucky!
...and now the little brat has eight cage clips locking down his lid. Try and get out of THAT! (No please, don't really...)
Yeah they are really good escape artists, glad to hear he wasn't hurt. And thanks for your concern!!
