I get my frozen feeders from MiceDirect. I got mine at the last show, but you can also order them online. I don't know of any decent local breeders that sell frozen though. :/

Thanks so much, that's really helpful! (Though I think the name "MiceDirect" is hysterical. Has that "Man, I'm really jonesing for a mouse!", delivered in a discrete brown paper package feel to it.)
