Well I think anything in September would be a bit too soon, whether that is cycling or breeding. I wouldn't even start cycling until later in the year. Check out this link from Jkobylka Reptiles.

I think if they laid at that time, you can get them back to weight and breed this coming season without an issue-- if they get back to weight that is. Females will often eat during cycling and breeding anyway, so you shouldn't have to worry if you're a bit short on weight.
