Retained eye cap?
My female Leo shed today and she appears to have a retained eyecap on her right eye. She's keeping it closed unless I handle or startle her. I'd never mess with my snakes' eye caps, is it the same for leos? I gently rubbed her eye lid which she seemed to like but I don't think it helped. Options? Or just leave it alone?

Find Serpent Merchants thread somewhere here. He had one that was having eye problems, and it turns out it was like a microscopic piece of shed stuck in the eye. I do believe he removed it if I remember right.....

I just found it, thank you! I'm on my phone and didn't know where to start as far as searching goes.

I just tried working it out gently with a q-tip and saline. She's at least opening it now but not sure if I got the cap. I'll better analyze it in the morning
