I share these sentiments. Pairing your only possibly het albino male doesn't make much sense. You may not hit the odds the first season, and it could take years of pairings to find out if any of them are het albino.
Breed your visual to all three females, and do your best to prove the het albino thing. Once it is established one or both of your possible het females really are het albino, then it will be fairly easy to establish the het pied part. It's entirely possible by then you may even have a 100% double het, or even better a visual pied male het albino.
You don't specify the percentage of possible het for the snakes. Are they 66% possible? 50% possible, less than that ?
The double recessive thing is a long process, no matter which way you go.
Unless of course, you start out breeding a double recessive to another double recessive, in which case making more double recessive becomes fairly easy.
