    Yes, if the Panda pied is indeed a Super Black Pastel Pied.
    Both parents will contribute the pied gene and render all offspring visual pied.
    And the Super genes in the parents will contribute one Black Pastel gene to a baby. And 2 Black Pastel genes = Super Black Pastel.

    But like I mentioned before, the Panda may not even be a Super Black Pastel Pied.
    Could just be a Super Black Pastel extreme ringer or just a Black Pastel Pied.... No body knows for sure since they're is only one Panda in existence.
