    All of them will work:

    1. Safest method

    2. depending on the % het of the spider may or may not pay off.

    3. Depending on the % het of the het Axanthic Female and het axanthic spider might completely backfire (if either proves to not be carrying the het axanthic gene) but might be the cheapest option (risky)
