Well, for starters if that is tape on your hide you need to get it out ASAP! Tape should never be inside an enclosure. Also, how much do you handle her? How often do you attempt to feed? You should just leave her be, no handling except minimal for cleaning, for a week or two. Then try offering her an appropriate sized live rat pup, (that still has its eyes closed), put it in in the evening. And leave her be, in a room with no traffic, and lights out. Probably be gone in the morning. Also, 93 might be a bit warm. Try to get closer to 90. And ambient should be 80. Also tub looks odd size, can she get to a cool side? Also hide looks too big.
