This was a birthday gift a few years back from one of my closest friends. I use it just about daily, and could not ask for one more sturdy or reliable.

Ok, my favorite knife I have in my kitchen right now. It is a Victorinox also. I use it for everything.

There is also a couple other knives I have been eyeballing for the kitchen. One is a really cool cheese knife. But I really love this as an all around kitchen knife.

I have a set of Globals in the kitchen, and they were one of the best things I have bought. Kitchen work is SO much easier with a good knife.

Can't beat a 1911 and you cover the classics as well as the modern with the Glock thrown in there. How you like the stainless finish on your 1911? I had one and sold it...HATED trying to get the powder marks off after a range session or training. I'm not a big knife guy, personally. Have a few that go most everywhere with me: Blackhawk punch dagger and a Blackhawk Trocar Razorback on my tac vest as well as a Case and Gerber that are carried daily but no photos of them.

Well I just saw this "call out" after getting home from work. I did throw together most of my collection but some are still missing like ones I keep in/on my vehicles, at work, or in drawers I just didnt dig out. I have about 16 others that I can think of that are not pictured. As for guns, yes I have those too, but I will not be sharing those. Just know I have a few.

So does this make me a knife guru?

You sir, are my hero. I would expect nothing less from a texan. You cowgirls settle everything with shootouts outside the saloon, right?
