I use locking lid tubs, add perilite, egg crate, fill with water until the water almost touches the egg crate, add eggs and place in the incubator.
My tubs have 4 tiny ventilation holes and I have yet to need to add water to a tub.
With ventilation holes you also do not need to take a lid off to ventilate, not even at the end of incubating.

I would drop the temps down until you read between 88 and 89 inside the tubs.
The incubator does not hold humidity, the tubs do, no water is needed inside the incubator unless it's in water bottles.
Water bottles help hold the incubator temps more stable, a must have imo.
