If she is an older ball and a good eater I wouldn't think it would cause a regurg. If she has shown signs of stress in the past I think I would wait. If the new rack tub is similar to the old tub it should be a easy switch.
Some of my snakes had a major remodel of their tank when I became their owner and I never had any feeding issues with them, they are good eaters though.
