Can I feed my Ball Python in side his enclosure

you can and should feed in the enclosure. This won't cause cage aggression. I feed all of my snakes in their own enclosure without any ill effect.

Removing a snake from their enclosure to feed in a separate container can cause unnecessary stress. Plus you have a higher chance at getting bit because the snake may still be in hunting mood when you try and put it back into the enclosure.
