    I think it depends on what's common and uncommon in your area.
    In my location, siamese are rare. Minks are everywhere. And the thing about siamese rats, most will loose their baby color and molt to the typical point markings (like the siamese cat). So they may or may not keep those patches on their heads. I have a siamese girl who was born tan hooded, then faded to siamese later. But all of her siamese offspring look typical solid gold brown (like yours).
