Day 52, leaving town, remove the press-n-seal?

Yeah, I tried that first, because we didn't use it last year when I just had a beer cooler for an incubator. But with the low Arizona humidity and the wine fridge and the fan blowing dry air around inside, the eggs were all caved-in and scary-looking when I checked on Day 2. So I busted out the cling wrap! It helped a lot.

What's the humidity like in San Antonio? And do you have a fan in your incubator? I think the fan vs. no fan makes a big difference.

For the record, I leave it on the entire time.

"Entire time" = from laying until pipping? Or from laying until they leave the egg?
