Sorry if this is an obvious question, but do you have snug-fitting hides for her? You mentioned that she S-es up when you walk in the room, but you wouldn't necessarily be able to see that if she was in her hides. Also, what have the circumstances been when she's bitten you? Was it when you were reaching in the cage, or after she was already out? Do you hesitate when you reach in for her? Just a few questions that came to mind.
