4ballz: Gratz on getting down that far, it can be frustrating. I completely did a 180 and changed my diet and exercise regiment. Went from 316 lbs down to 200 lbs. Currently stuck at 230 lbs from the winter weight gain and training for a half marathon in September so I can get back down to 200 lbs again.

For my diet: cut out the snacking, cut out most of my carbs(cause they just go straight to my thighs ), ate 4-6 small meals a day, went by the food pyramid, and stayed away from my "weaknesses" which are pizza, pasta, and taco bell(carb heavy foods). Also calorie counted like a boss.

Exercise: 4-5 days a week. 3 days of running and 2 days of weight room. Started out running(read as trudging) 3 miles. Now I do 7 miles with no problem and working my way back up to 10 miles per run session.

Currently I can actually eat more food in one sitting than I could before the weight loss and still have cravings at night which is why I haven't lost the weight. But that is changing. I have control and craving issues and unfortunately had to turn to an "all or nothing" type of weight loss program for myself.
