Pied with white head?

Someone else recently hit on another Panda Pied, I'm hoping its just a Super black pastel pied so I too can start this project.

hmm.. but why isn't the panda pied just a dark super cinnamon pied? Is cinnamon and black pastel the same thing? the superforms look identical.

It wasn't a jab at you. Most keepers like one over the other. I consider them to be the same. They both produce the same super and when bred together produce the same super. A post from within the last few weeks was about whether or not the OP had a cinny or a BP.....the consensus was both.
