Most cost effective setup?

Ok so I have done more research on BP breeding and the different types of setups than I would have ever imagined was possible. That being said, please don't tell me to go do research. I have done plenty. I've contemplated the AP economy racks, I've thought about DIY racks, and even tubs without racks. I just want to know what would be the cheapest route to go with racks for hatchlings, sub-adults, and adults. I also need the cheapest way to make/buy an incubator (yet I plan on using it for 6-8 clutches so it can't be one of those styrophome (sp) coolers).
So this is what I'm looking for:

1 Adult rack that can hold 5-7 adults
1 Hatchling rack that can hold 20-30 hatchlings
1 juvenile rack that can hold 5-8 for my hold backs
1 incubator that can hold 6-8 clutches.

Maybe the cheapest way to do this is to buy someone's entire collection who's getting out of the hobby. I don't know..

It's not cheap to get set up. You're looking at 200$ on a rack. 100$+ on thermostat(s). Incubator you could use a broken frig someone's getting rid of but Ive been on the hunt for one for a year so you may have to buy one for like $700 or so. Not to mention food, bedding, tubs, hides (optional, my rack is dark in the back), water bowls, freezer for rodents, etc. It pays back depending on how long or the breeding stock you have. Good luck

Id go with AP if you're in the states. But if you could build your own racks that would probably be the cheapest.

Look around. I just scored 2 racks for 20% off from a place near me. They're offering a sale for the WCRE show.

Ya I know it's not cheap. I've been looking at options for about 6 months now. I think I'll end up making my own racks and my own incubator. I'm just trying to find the cheapest way to do that. Could you guy point me in the right direction of a DIY tutorial for medium sized racks? Like an adult rack for 6-8 adults and a large hatchling rack? I'm stumped on the dimensions needed for those size of racks. If somebody knows a thread or video on that it would help me more than you guys know.

Where should I look? I'm not familiar with places that I can physically go to look for these things. I can certainly look online but I dont think that's what you are talkin about. I just went to a reptile show in Arlington and they didn't have anything like that. All they had were animals and overly priced tanks.

Here's what I'm building right now! It will hold 8 sub adults or 4 adults but you can build multiple of them and stack them. 2 is the tallest you can stack in a normal room and those will hold 16 sub adults, 8 adults, or a combination of both: http://ball-pythons.net/forums/showt...80#post1885080
