My butter was snippy when I first got her and I used this video to work with her. She would just strike at the air when I held her. Even if she tagged me, I would not put her back in her enclosure till she settled down. She was tight as could be for the first few minutes each time, but I placed her on a towel on the floor and let her explore. I can now pet her head with no problems once shes out of the enclosure. I handled her 2-3 times a week for 5-10 minutes each time.
