Probably not the humidity, some young ones are just more defensive than others. I'm assuming its a baby since you said a 10G tank. Typically they'll grow out of it.

I have a male normal that has literally tagged me 95% of the time I've handled him, just the other day I took him out and was "praising" him for not hissing at me then as soon as I was setting him back in his tub he got me on the hand.

Oh okay, that actually makes me feel better, at least I have peace of mind that he's not stressed out beyond measure or dying Yes, he's a baby, only 4 months old. I doubt he's had much handling because the guy we bought him from said he didn't really have time for these two because of his other breeding projects.

Yea just sounds like you have one of the "special" cases. Although if humidity is consistently staying that high I'd think about getting some more ventilation. If you're using a screen top with foil or something just peel back the foil a but or something til you get them in a rack.

He's got a screen top with nothing covering it. They're in my boyfriend's parent's basement now, and they constantly have a de-humidifier running. But my bf just bought his own place, just waiting on the contract to go through, so they'll be moving there within a month, so humidity shouldn't be a problem after that.
